Cooking has always been my way of expressing love - a simple act that brought friends, relatives, and family together around the table. Even as my career took me into the world of finance after completing my MBA, the warmth of the kitchen and the joy of creating food never left me.

During the pandemic, when life slowed down, I reconnected with that passion. Cooking again reminded me how deeply I cared about flavour, tradition, and the happiness good food creates. What began as a personal escape soon became a purpose.

Virasat-e-Curry was born from that realisation - a desire to share honest Punjabi food made with pure ghee, patience, and heartfelt care. Today, it stands as a place where tradition is honoured, flavours are respected, and every meal is crafted with sincerity.
